Through my own experience, I realize that in order to achieve anything the most important thing is to focus on what you are doing. You will get to your goal after continuing work. Nobody, nobody can stop you from reaching anywhere you want to do.
I remember a mediocre movie I saw a few years ago. Even though I do not remember the name of the movie, one part just marked into my mind forever. An old cowboy showed his index finger to a young man passing the Middle-West. He said, “Young man, one, one, just one thing you do right, your life will be succeed.” I was thinking at that time that if I can focus on one thing and make it successful, my life will be great. The fruit of success is sweet, but you should try to taste the sweetness on the path, not just when you reach your goal. By this way, you can always be energetic and happy to what you do everyday.
Now to our growing taller path, you need focus on deep breath, visualization, words, and the bright energy ball. Follow your time schedule. Focus focus, focus! Do not stop. Just like the Sun comes out from the East everyday, there is no exception. Suddenly you will find out….oh, My God! Is this me?

More often I get mails from people saying that when they practice they get headache or fall to sleep. How do I explain these phenomena?
There are two major elements in my way of height increase, breathing and thinking. We can all breathe unconsciously, but that does not increase our height effectively. Only breathing with thinking can we change our height. This is because if you do it right, your body follows your thinking by the power of Qi, which derives from breathing. Then, the question is what is right and what is wrong? Some people want to see the quick result without slow practice, headache comes right away. You need realize that slow breathing practice is the only way for your body to find harmonious frequency between your breathing and thinking. Most of the time, people think faster than where the breath actually goes, which causes quickening the speed of breathing. This induces too much Qi gathering in head and bringing headache.
How to solve headache? Two things you can do. First, slow your practice. Slower, slower, and slower. Gradually you will find out slower is better than faster. Second, stop what you do and jump to step 4 when you feel headache. Put your attention to your bright ball. If you concentrate for a longer time, you will find out that the Qi from your head moves down and gathers to the ball. Your whole body become clear and light. Usually you will feel a click inside your head in a certain time as if an electric shock, something I really can not explain, but pleasant and enlightening.
If you always go to sleep in the middle of practice, it is the same as you leave in a middle of a match. There would be no final score to see. How can we improve this seemingly uncontrollable phenomenon to happen? To be prepared at the beginning is the best way. First, having an alarm set is important. So you won’t feel at lose at the middle of practice, because you know your alarm will let you know when the time is over. Second, if you are an easy sleeper, you can practice with a sitting position. I find this is a much easier way to control when you lay down to sleep.
Chinese like to say, “I think in my heart.” It does not make sense in our modern understanding on how we think. But I see some truth behind. If you consider your heart as a bright ball and imagine all of your thoughts coming from the ball, you will find a different way of thinking. This kind of thinking somehow can be truer than the one derived from your mind. Through longer practice, you will see this way of thinking makes your mind clear and body healthier. Surely problems like headache or sleep will be out of question.
Me: I don’t have anything to comment about this post. Only that she stresses that your speed of breathing must be at the same frequency as your speed of thinking to create a similar phenomenon as resonant frequency. If you develop headaches, it is because your chi is too focus on your head so go to the step of visualizing the bright ball which would allow one dissipate the chi from your head to other parts of your body.

I am not talking about Christian trinity here, but growing taller trinity. When you have interest to try my method, take about half an hour in the morning and half an hour in the evening. When you practice, always, always remember the trinity:
Deep breath: slowly, smoothly, patiently.
Visualization: seeing your body growing taller, extending longer vividly.
Language: talking to yourself while doing the above two, words like “grow taller”, “taller”, etc.
This is the central piece of my practice. It will bring out a tremendous result for you. You can check my previous essays for more details on these three points. Here is just to refresh your mind.

Oh, it took me a few days finishing the last three months emails. Those I missed please send me again your questions.
From the emails and comments from this blog, no.1 problem is confidence. I grew 4 inches from my own work and confidence. My confidence was from many years of research. So I had no doubt. But my own experience is not good enough for everyone. So my advice is to practice daily and keep on doing it for at least 3 months. If there is no result, this may not be the right thing for you, or you may combine this with something else. Just write to me, let me see your case.
Another issue is some comfortable or uncomfortable feeling from legs while practicing. The point is any physical responses during your practice should be ignored. You have to follow my audio or my method, concentrating on your breathing and visualization. Your mind guides your body. If you really feel uncomfortable. Stop and imagine all the energy going into your bright ball till every drop back.
Third, how to practice. Just lay comfortablly on bed, coach, or sit on a chair. I never said you have to lay on a floor, or to sit still or lay still. You can always move. Make yourself comfortable and relax.

Deep breathing is so important that I can’t describe how much it plays in this height change process. It is like blood to bring all of nutrition to your body. Your order is the nutrition which can go around your body with your deep breathing.

OK, guys, I thought about it in the past week. If I do not do it, I will always regret not doing so. So now I will set up a one year goal to check whether a person can still grow taller after puberty. I am going to be 30 years old in January 2011. My plan is starting from September 1st, 2010 to September 1st, 2011. Instead of working with another person, I will practice growing taller meditation daily and find out how much I can grow. I set up 2 inches as basic. So I will do the following:
1, Practice half an hour before I get up;
2, Do one hour exercises in gym in the morning, various kinds. My sub-goal is to make myself healthy and in a good shape as well;
3, Practice half an hour at noon time if I have time;
4, Practice half an hour before I go to sleep.
I will make new tapes occasionally for myself and for you to listen to. I will try to write down what happens to me daily. I will also take some of my pictures. In the end of the year, if I am satisfied with the result, I will post them out~
Some people want to get together to practice. I thought about it, no better ideas but you just put comments under each article. I hope I am encouraged enough by Julie and get the work done. The best, some or all of us will grow quite a bit in this year.

I will prepare a few things before Sept. 1st:
1, A fix place to measure my height;
2, A measuring tape to mark my height;
3, Take pictures & videos at the first day of each month;
4, Prepare a water bottle as an item to concentrate on. (I find a small water bottle as a symbol is quite helpful to bring my energy to my inner bright ball.)

I’d like to extend my practice longer in the evening and morning times. Right now I did half an hour in the afternoon, mainly for having a lunch break. But the other two I just feel not long enough, because when it is time to stop, my body still wants me to go on. I had my iphone alarm set up after 5m, 20, and 30m in the past. Now I will try 5m, 30, and 40m. If you want to follow me, you can, or just stick to the 30m schedule.
Now my own doubt is what if I do not grow anymore? That will embarrass myself and make others disappointed. Probably everyone here has this doubt. So we should encourage each other more by sharing our experience. We can tell others what time we do the practice, so we will send positive signals to that person at that time. How is that?

Dear friends, I just can not keep up with my business, surprisingly my business goes so well in China. I went back China this month and visited Beijing, Tianjin, and Shenzhen, everywhere seems having a lot of business oportunities, . I stayed in a 4 star hotel, but internet was slow and limited, I could not scroll down my emails.
I just signed a contract with a company in China to export American staff to Chinese market….I can do a little bit meditation myself when I have time, but no time to take care of this blog. I do not want to give up, but I have to. I think I put enough message here for everyone to share. Best wishes to everyone here, I will leave the blog open and feel free to write anything here to exchange ideas with others.
